Asansol 14 January: A Meditation and Yoga Centre of Asansol Division was dedicated by Shri Sumit Sarkar, Divisional Railway Manager, Asansol today (14.01.2021) for the employees of the Division as well as for the general public.
The Meditation and Yoga Centre, renovating the Railway Quarter no. 53/E/F/G/H(1st floor) at Loco Colony near Yogibaba Mandir, Asansol, has been prepared for the employees and the general public for their improvement of health, peace of mind for protection from diseases. This will also improve work efficiency which will in turn help serving the people with a smile.
Training of Meditation and Yoga will be imparted by Prajapati Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Viswa Vidayalaya. They will also create awareness among staff,officers and general public about the benefits of Yoga and to practice it in a regular manner for sustained improvement in work efficiency as this will create a peaceful, tension free & stress free working atmosphere.
